When I try to open this APP it closes and my home screen shows up

This app is a scam, I cant open it on my iPad. I want a refund

Misleading title and in the description of the app it does not say much. I thought youd be able to edit or upload word documents. Its just a tutorial. I also question all this 4 star ratings??? This will be checked into.

I purchased this app to help me learn Microsoft Word 2013 and was very disappointed when the app would not open on my device. Afterwards I checked the app developers website...not impressed with what I saw. The app would not open, and it was a waste of money. Very disappointed.
